Online Learning
The Focus Awards Level 3 In Anatomy & Physiology is all at home learning. You will be assigned an online learning account where you can begin working through your written assignments.
This is the most important part of the course as it gives you the in-depth knowledge and understanding you need to feel confident offering treatments. The aim of this OFQUAL recognised qualification is to provide knowledge and understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. This qualification will provide a solid foundation for you to work toward future higher-level courses and can open up a wider range of insurances available to you as an industry professional. There is a workbook to complete using the online learning platform, that you will be given access to, and further research methods of your choosing.
You will also receive online pre study for each in person course which you must read and complete before the training days. This will be completed via our online learning system also.
In Person Learning
Each other practical course on this course includes half a day of in person training as well as 8-10 hours of online pre study. The courses are grouped together as follows:
- Dermaplaning and Microneedling = 1 full day
- B12 and Mesotherapy = 1 full day
- Complications = 1 full day
Each of our in person courses include theory and practical training; you will also receive a demonstration from the tutor for each applicable aspect whereby you can observe the treatment before carrying it out yourself. Models are required for the applicable aspects however this is explained as part of the enrolment process.
