Protecting aesthetic practitioners against allegations of malpractice and negligence.

We arrange Medical Malpractice insurance to both medics and non medics for beauty and aesthetic treatments.

A non medic is required to hold either of the following:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in beauty therapy AND six months experience in treatments that penetrate the skin OR
• Twelve months experience in treatments that penetrate the skin OR
• Completed an agreed entry level course.

With malpractice cover in place combined with a clinic or salon policy, your business will be protected against the potential costs and damages you may become legally liable to pay arising out of negligence claims. This includes any insured treatments you provide or advice you issue to patients.
