Sensitivity Test (Topical Plaster Method) Instructions – Document 2

Carry out this test at least 3 days prior to your enhancement.

• Apply a small amount of the pigment sample provided behind your right ear using one of the micro brushes. (if the pigment has de-hydrated, add one small drop of water to re-hydrate)
• Apply a small amount of the anaesthetic sample provided behind your left ear using one of the micro brushes.
• After 24 hours, have someone else examine the skin in the test zones, if there is no reaction, i.e. no redness, swelling or itching it is safe to proceed with the enhancement
• Should you experience any of the symptoms mentioned above, remove the plaster and immediate flush the area with cold water
• Please telephone us on xxxxxxxx to report the test result
• Please note that the correct colour will be mixed for you at your scheduled appointment.  The colour used in this test is for sensitivity test purposed only
• On completion of your sensitivity test sign below and bring the completed document to your appointment
