Preparing for your practical day

On the day of your training

After the initial introductions, the session will start by recapping the online theory knowledge followed by some more theory regarding the treatment process. Once this theory is completed you will carry out a treatment on a client. To prepare for this it is beneficial to watch/re-watch the demonstration provided on this online platform. If this is your first time doing an injectable treatment staff will be there to support your development.

Please be on time for the start of your course. More than 20 minutes late will result in you having to reattend another time and incur an admin fee.

You will need a pen and any notes you have made from the online prior learning.

Finding us…

We are located in a remote location that is not signposted from the front.

We can be found inside Blackwell House, suite 14, opposite Olivers Plants (on google maps).

Our location is remote and we have only a garden centre opposite us. The garden centre does have café (but they are not a quick service). There is a student common room that you can sit in during any breaks.

Dress Code

Our academy has a clinic running so please ensure you dress professionally following these guidelines-

  • Long hair to be tied up neatly up off your face
  • A professional tunic or scrubs.
  • NO JEANS OR SHORTS to be worn
  • Closed in shoes, NO FLIP FLOPS
  • Jewellery to be off the wrists and no large earrings
  • No long false nails to be worn

Failing to adhere to this dress code will prevent you from completing your practical training. The training will be rescheduled for another date and you will have an admin fee.
