This workbook is the whole of the assignment work for the course. It is estimated it will take 20 hours to complete but it will vary on everyone’s individual working capacity and speed.
You must aim to complete your course within 6 months, making sure you allow for marking and any amendments that are needed.
When submitting work to be marked it may take up to 2 weeks before you receive feedback. This is due to staff teaching commitments, client commitments and work schedules.
Your candidate number (ULN) if you have never been registered with Focus Awards (the awarding body that your qualification is from) will be your initials (first name followed by surname) followed by your date of birth in a 8 digit format e.g. AS09081989. If you have been registered with Focus Awards before your candidate number will be on your certificate. Please ensure your candidate number is put in the box on the front of your assignment.
The size of the ‘boxes’ is not to be used as a guide of how much space to give an answer. The boxes will increase in size to fit the text written. Those using google docs will need to double click or right click to edit boxes.

Work will then be marked and then passed on to be quality assured before it will be considered a pass.
If you feel you have been marked unfairly then you can use the appeals process.
The appeals process is as follows-
- write an email explaining why you feel you have been marked unfairly
- Email this to tina@enhance-me-aesthetics.com as Tina is the IQA(internal quality assurer)
- This will then be reviewed by the IQA and you will be contacted to discuss the decision.
