Anatomy & Physiology
This is a home-study qualification in Anatomy & Physiology. It is designed to give you the essential knowledge and understanding needed to pursue a career as a complimentary or beauty therapist. It is also recognised as the sound foundation needed for those wanting to go on to deliver Advanced Aesthetics treatments.
This qualification will develop your knowledge and understanding of the organisation of the body, and the structure, function and pathologies of the skin, hair and nails.
You will also learn about the structure, function and pathologies of the human body systems including, the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, urinary and reproductive system.
25 hours home study required to be completed (emailed to you).
Everything you need to learn is included in the manual, however we recommend independent home study/research using text books and the internet to support and embed your knowledge is advisable
